Swiss-born producer David Keno is back on track with “Mamas Mamas”. After his fulminate remix for Benno Blome’s “Nausicaä” on Re:Sender Volume #2 (send091) in the beginning of the year and releases/remixes for “Play It Down”, “Katermukke”, “Keno Records”, “Poker Flat Recordings” and “Kindisch”, David Keno comes up with this smashing EP for Sender Records.

Roland drum machines, superb vocal sampling and catchy hooklines characterize “Mamas Mamas”. He connects directly to the bright memories of classic Chicago/Green Velvet -material from the nineties and takes the genre to another level. With “Mamas Mamas”, “Day By Day” and “Yessayer” David Keno introduces floor-filling and -breaking, emotional tracks that stick to your head for longer than just one night. And as if this wasn’t enough, label founder Benno Blome created a remix with Pier Bucci on his Studer mixing desk for “Mamas Mamas”.
