There really is no messing with a Panzerkreuz release, and so it is on this jam-packed 12″ of jams from debutant artist Datasmok aka the man Albert Van Abbe! The focus is very much on kick drums, with the one lurking around the A1 being particularly resplendent in its utter beastliness. There is additional grot and matter to be enjoyed elsewhere on the record, like the gurgling acid goodness on the A3, while the B2 sounds like frenetic electro disintegrating before your very ears. Delivered with a no-nonsense panache whilst positively reveling in the lewdness of the sound, Datasmok sounds right at home amongst the electronic deviants of The Hague.
