The thirteenth batch of fruits from our fruit orchard have been picked, and are ready to taste.
Vivid EP brings prolific producer and veteran artist Savvas (Anjunadeep) to the orchard. With remixes from equally so respected Gadi Mitrani and Erdi Irmak, who have been making waves on labels like Magician On Duty, Where The Heart Is and Tale and Tone, none of these people are strangers to exploring newer, more immersive sounds.
Greek-born Savvas brings two originals to the table, to taste. “Vivid” and “Falling Into” both build a progressive, well thought out blueprint for the remixes.
The blueprint is taken by Erdi Irmak for “Vivid” who puts some spice onto the track, by gently stripping the original from progressive elements. Instead, it adds percussion, groove and tribal feeling into the piece.
Gadi Mitrani (Tale and Tone) provides the other remix, flooding dreamy, plucky, happy melodies into “Falling Into”.
