Towards the end of 2021 Pfirter released his second personal album on MindTrip. “Altered States”, a 10-track LP, takes the listener on an extended trip that flows from one detailed, textured immersion to the other as captured over a short burst of creativity by Pfirter during the quarantine days.
Alarico & Nørbak are two young artists with a fresh, signature sound that MindTrip’s label head admires and supports, so inviting them to contribute their own interpretations on his latest album and give to the original tracks a very interesting twist became the next natural step.
The Italian Alarico revisited the album’s title track “Altered States” by sharing a mysterious, hypnotic and dark version of the original, while keeping the same energy.
Portugal’s Nørbak, who is no stranger to the MindTrip world, worked on a straightforward, rhythmic edition of “Convergence”, making it the perfect addition to any proper Techno session.
This two-track remixed pack puts quality over quantity and authenticity on top of anything else.
