A gifted producer and multi-instrumentalist, Pauls love for house music began in the late 80s, when he was captivated by the raw energy of acid house. Since then, hes dedicated himself to a deep exploration of house music, honing a sound that reflects his deep appreciation for both the classic and modern elements of the genre. Since 2016, Paul has consistently delivered high-quality releases on respected labels, particularly in the realms of deep and tech house. Following his previous Piston release, Translations, this latest effort showcases his evolution as an artist and were excited to continue this journey with him and look forward to seeing where his creative vision takes him next. Neva Felt This Way gets the release underway, radiating a raw, organic essence, blending warm, lush chords with hypnotic string melodies that draw you in. Spoken-word ambiance adds a reflective, storytelling layer, while sharp claps and chunky kicks drive the rhythm with earthy precision.
