Pearz is the evocative project of Italian-born, LA-based multi-instrumentalist Francesco Perini. His sound blends cinematic Italian nostalgia with modern hip-hop, French touch, and boogie influences. His debut album, Pacifico (out on April 18, 2025 via Bordello A Parigi), is the culmination of a five-year journey through the cities that shaped him: Florence, London, and Los Angeles. Drawing inspiration from a mix of disco, electro, nu-jazz, and Japanese City Pop, Pacifico, reflects his eclectic musical evolution. The title, Pacificomeaning peaceful or calm in Italianembodies the albums theme of the closing experience of his travels. The first single is International Lovers, featuring East Londons DIY queen Kuntessa on vocals.
