2nd Blood Artist Bio

Behind the name 2ND BLOOD is the 33 year old Copenhagen based musician, producer and songwriter Silas Tinglef. From an early age he’s been playing drums and guitar and making music in various constellations and has been exploring a broad range of genres from noisy punkrock and pop to more electronic and ambient music. The first official release saw the light of day in 2007 with garagerock duo Howl Baby Howl’s “There is no team in fuck you”. Since then things have been moving fast and apart from being a well renowned backing musician for artists like Trentemøller, The Raveonettes, Jacob Bellens, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, Kira Skov and many others, he’s featured on a long list of releases the past 11 years. The debut EP contains 5 songs which have been written and recorded during the last year in various studios in and around Copenhagen.
