ANDRES BUCCI

Former visual artist Andres Bucci began producing music under the alias Chord, playing regularly in Chile and Argentina. in 2000 Martin Schopf’s (aka Dandy Jack) record label Ruta 5 invited him to participate in the Austral compilation album : a compilation including Atom Heart, Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano among others. In 2002 he met Kate Simko in Santiago, and quickly the duo released the stunning “Shapes of Summer” Detalles album for German label Traum. In 2004 Detalles performed at MUTEK.CL, then Bucci was invited to Mutek Festival to perform , his set received excellent reviews from that moment Bucci started to tour every year to different countries, playing in festivals such as Synch Festival and many clubs around Europe and Japan.
Later,on during 2006 Cynosure released his “Don Julios Converseria” EP and during 2007 the Seatle Label Kupei Musika released the second Detalles album “Microsmorning” as well as a solo 12″ named “Chocopanda” with a remix of Dandy Jack .
2008 Horizontal Label owned by Dinky a chilean Dj and producer released “Avec Style” ep
Today Bucci is working on his second ep for the Horizontal Label ” Disco Sour ” to be soon release among other projects.
