If not an incorrect tag for Hungarian composer Béla Bartók (in which case you should correct your tags), then Bartok is

1) a House/Disco DJ from Germany

2) a short-lived Post-Punk band from the early 1980s, comprised of John Grant (The Straps), Simon Werner (The Pack, The Straps), Jah Wobble (ex-Public Image Ltd.) and Rat Scabies (The Damned).
