Cezar Lazăr Artist Bio

Cezar Lazăr is a DJ and producer from Romania. His a name that has been known in the Romanian electronic music scene for more than a decade now, but he’s perhaps evaded people many in this country due to his very understated approach to what he does. Having a key role within the Romanian distribution company, agency and community, Our Own, Cezar also runs the Understand label with Prâslea and Kozo (aka Kozonak), on which he has also released his own productions. In our discussion we touch on his beginnings and the future, but we also take an in depth look at what has made the Romanian underground scene stand out and how incidents that have happened recently have really changed things in Bucharest, and the country as a whole.
