Dj, Producer, A&R Red Hammer music (Progressive house, minimale techno)Marseille, France.

Chris Gavin starts music at 5. His first influences were Genesis, Toto and rock sounds from 80’s. After piano and guitar lessons, his musician career really starts as studio and concert guitarist in the south of france under managing of Barry Kingston, the artistic director of one of the most famous french artist for ages : Michel Polnareff.

Growing with music, a new page has been turned the day he listened for the first time a Renaissance label compilation, and he decided to dedicate his life to electronic music. First of all, mixing in south of france parties, and then doing his own productions.
This change has been soon concretized by a release in 2004 on a french label : Dj center records (John Dalback, David Vendetta record label). His first Ep has been playlisted by many DJ’s as miss SIN, or dj Marbrax and was licensed on several compilations like « fashion TV 2005 ».

Leaving house to Progressive, his music, a large panel of progressive music has been playlisted by many djs as :

Hernan Cattaneo, RPO, Harry lemon, Criss Source, Chloe Harris, Terry Grant, Amine Edge, Andy Newland, V-Sag, 2 rare people, Kintar, PQM, Abyss, fred Numf, sonic union, PHM, Alex Millan, Joee Cons, to name a few……
