Deep Mariano Artist Bio
Deep Mariano was born on Rosario, the 2nd important Argentinian city on 1981, at the age of 6 he had his first contact with music seeing his mother, aunt and cousins playing their old german piano. That instrument caught his attention and started to play with it like a toy doing his first steps with the music and learning by himself.
He always loved all kind of music, music was always present on his lifetime, but was on 1998 when he discovered “house music”, that sounds causes him something different than the rest of the music he listened and he quickly started to buy music, to search information about producers, labels, and try to know everything in the electronic music scene. At these days he loved to hear dj sets from artists like: Hernan Cattaneo ,John Digweed, Sasha, Danny Tenaglia and Jimmy Van M to name a few, that names were his big influence.
Was at the end of 2000 when he did his first step as DJ on a nice pub of his city and started to get attention of people and local dj’s who invited him to play on different places ,started to make friends on the local scene of his city and get local recognition playing from clubs and pubs to big parties for thousand people. At the begining he started playng a wide variety of styles like House, Techno, Tech-house and Progressive House but was on 2002 when he listened a mixed compilation that changed his vision of music, it was “Perfecto South America presents Hernan Cattaneo”, that music masterpiece changed everything on his mind and he started to play deep progressive house from that to the present days.
His constant search to improve takes him to share decks with big names on the global scene such as: John Digweed, Jimmy Van M, Chris Fortier, Luke Fair, Desyn Masiello, Plastique Vision & MOS, Martin Garcia, Spitfire to name a few. Trying to get the things to other level he started to research and learn about music production skills and on 2002. Two years later some of his tracks started to get attention of Hernan Cattaneo, he started supporting his tracks and helping Deep Mariano to grow up and making a name on the South American scene and opening doors to the rest of the world.
Today, with only 23 years old Deep Mariano is starting to make his path on the world music scene as dj and producer. He’s in touch with the public on his monthly radio show “Freequenzy”, every 3rd Wed on www.mercurynation.com & www.eccentricbeats.com , two net radios that merged forces to grow up with new talents from all over the world. On his producer side he’s receiving support of big names such as: Hernan Cattaneo, G Pal, Barish Turker, Chris Salt, Mos, Martin Garcia, Alican and Shiloh to name a few.
There’s no doubt that Deep Mariano has a long path to walk, always trying to get the things better loving the music and tryng to show to the audience his deep vision of music.
