Diamond Dealer is an internationally acclaimed house DJ and music producer. He is the people’s DJ, a crowd pleaser and an entertainer. Diamond Dealer has a reputation of pleasing a diverse audience with his trademark house sound ranging from deep and soulful to main room house.

Diamond Dealer has played at venues all over South Africa playing alongside South Africa’s finest DJs and artists such as Glen Lewis, DJ Christos, Vinny Da Vinci, DJ Fresh, Euphonik, Fistaz Mixwell, Roger Goode, Giggs Superstar, Oskido, DJ Nutty – the list goes on! He has also made numerous DJ appearances for corporate brands such as SAB Miller and Standard Bank where he is featured as the official DJ for the Indian Premier League matches as well as the domestic Pro 20 games taking place in central South Africa. Diamond Dealer performed during the FIFA 2010 World Cup as a guest DJ at their fan parks.

In June 2009, Diamond Dealer made his international DJ debut in South Korea playing in Seoul and Busan rocking the Asian crowds to his trademark sounds! HSK Management manages Diamond Dealer’s bookings in Asia and Australia, a company that has brought artists such as Martin Solveig to Asia and also is bringing Defected In The House events to South Korea. Diamond Dealer returned to Asia in April 2010 playing in Russia at the Hospital Club in Khabarovsk.

Diamond Dealer has remixed for labels such as Defected and Soulcandi and many others. His remix of Audiowhores feat Roland Clarke – I’m Inspired made it to the DJ sets of Roger Sanchez, Claude Monnet, Copyright, Simon Dunmore, Nick Holder, DJ Disciple and many more. This remix quickly established him as a recognized producer in the house industry!

In 2009 Diamond Dealer released his debut compilation CD The Diamond Collection mixed by Diamond Dealer that featured a variety of house tracks produced by Diamond Dealer and DJ Kent. The CD was released in South Africa and enjoyed Top 40 charting positions on YFM and also No.1 on Lesedi FM.

The beginning of 2010 saw the launch of Diamond Dealer’s record label, Brilliant Cut Media. His company was already functioning as an event management and DJ agency therefore the launch of the record label was inevitable.

Brilliant Cut Media is gaining great support from top house DJs like DJ Footloose (BBC Radio 1 Xtra), Andy Ward (Soul Central), Marlon D, Abicah Sole and many more. In South Africa radio stations like Metro FM, 5FM and YFM have been supporting the music released by Brilliant Cut Media. It also licensed tracks to compilations such as Soulcandi 5, Raisani Ibiza and Dmos Sessions 2 released by EMI. All the releases of Brilliant Cut Media are available on iTunes, Beatport, Traxsource, AfrodesiaMP3 and many more

You can listen to Diamond Dealer on Kovsie FM (the biggest campus based radio station in South Africa) presenting “Diamond’s House” every Saturday night from 7 – 10pm. Tune in and listen live at www.kovsiefm.co.za for the best in house music.

Diamond Dealer also makes regular guest appearances on national radio in South Africa: Metro FM, 5FM, Good Hope FM and on African Television playing live DJ sets on Channel O. Other guest appearances include cooking on SABC 1 for Selimathunzi, Soweto TV, GO TV and Wildroom on SABC1!
