DJ Hightech Artist Bio

DJ Hightech was born in the 80’s and became a huge fan at a very young age. His love towards house music then cultivated after being inspired by producers such as John Digweed, Claude Von Stroke, Mathias Tanzmann, & Joris Voorn. DJ Hightech started of as a DJ in the year 2005 and slowly ventured into producing not long after.

He was first discovered by a label, which is based in California formally known as Seven Records and released his first track with them entitled Boombah. Seven Records currently manages artistes such as Pavel Petrov and Charles Feel Good.

It did not take long for DJ Hightech to be discovered by other music labels, he is currently signed under labels such as Soulman Music, Bedroom Music, Natura Viva, Funkypony Records, Love International and a few others.

A number of DJ Hightech’s tracks have made it into the top 100 several times on various charts. It is known that artistes such as Dubfire, Coyu, Darius Syrossian, Wehbba, Alexander Kowaiski, Luca M, Mikalogic, Raffa FL, Heston and many others support his music and have played a few of his tracks at various gigs.

DJ Hightech often collaborates with others, as he loves experimenting with different people, as each would bring out a different flavour and sound to the tracks. To name a few people that he had collaborated with are Coqui Selection, DJ Wady and DJ Smilk from Bedroom Muzik. He was also recently invited to play at the WMC (2013) in Miami by Bedroom Muzik and Friends.

DJ Hightech was awarded the Producer Of The by Choons Awards, a prestigious dance awards in Malaysia. DJ Hightech has played warm-up sets for international DJs such as Kink and Danny Howels and
