South East London’s Ell Murphy brings a high energy live mix, with a focus on vocal driven, UK Garage, House & Techno. Known for her soulful vocal garage releases, Ell sings live behind the decks, delivering a unique performance style as a DJ, vocalist & producer.

After emerging onto the UK Garage scene in 2020 via Riz La Teef’s South London Pressings label, Ell quickly became a go-to vocalist and permanent fixture in the growing resurgence of Uk Garage.

Over the past 18 months, Ell has collaborated with rising UK producers, including features with TSHA, Giulia Tess, Mafro, Gemi, YUQT, LUXE & DJ Crisps – releasing on Shall Not Fade, Locked On, Ninja Tune, Wolf Music, Femme Culture & Kiwi Sounds – and receiving widespread support across the board from Radio 1 Dance, BBC Introducing, Mixmag & RA.

You can catch her high energy selections as monthly resident on RINSE FM, and across the UK and beyond, with notable sets this year at Glastonbury, Waterworks, & supporting artists incl. Annie Mac, Interplanetary Criminal, Sammy Virji & main live support on Antony Szmierek’s sold out UK tour.
Following a series of singles on her Jucey Tunes label this year, including Gemi collab ‘Good2Me, which featured in Beatport’s best 50 tracks of 2023, Ell has two new EPs planned for release in 2024 as well as several exciting vocal features with some of the dance scene’s most exciting producers.
