False Artist Bio

There are at least three artists named False.

1. FALSE is a black metal band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. They released their untitled debut 12″ (aka FALSE) on Gilead Media and Howling Mine Records in 2011 and a split a Barghest in 2012, also on Gilead Media. Their first full length (also untitled) was released to positive reviews on Decibel and Pitchfork. Most recently, they released a 7″ called Hunger.

2. False is a alias of electronic musician used by Matthew Dear from 2002 to as recently as 2009.
