Frank Hopkins Artist Bio

Originally from London but raised in Brighton, Frank Hopkins is a left-field electronic artist who makes melodic dance songs that combine real world instrumentation with more classical dance floor arrangements.

Inspired by the likes of Four Tet, Aphex Twin and Jon Hopkins, Frank’s music is both melodic and fragile but also perfect for club nights; with music blended for either concentration or the dance floor.

Music has always been a constant for Frank, but since the pandemic has decided to go public with his compositions. He has since had music signed to TRAUM Schallplatten (Max Cooper/Extrawelt) and Dear Deer Records (Ten Walls). His debut EP In Flore has had two tracks feature on BBC Introducing London and Frank has since been featured on BBC Radio London, performing an intro mix of the In Flore EP amongst other tracks. Frank has also featured on BBC Radio 1, Introducing Dance with Jaguar.

Frank has a full live setup where he reconstructs his songs using a variety of technology and is keen to get more gigs under him as well as being open to signing more music to electronic music labels.
