1. English artist from Manchester, a.k.a. Cate Brooks, The Advisory Circle, D. D. Denham, King Of Woolworths and Georges Vert. She runs the label Café Kaput, which also serves as another moniker for her music. She is a member of Black Mustang and is closely associated with the Ghost Box label, making music under the aforementioned Advisory Circle name and also being a part of the groups Hintermass, The Pattern Forms and The Belbury Circle (alongside fellow Ghost Box artist Jim Jupp, a.k.a. Belbury Poly. She is a vital part of the hauntological and library music scenes.
