Katie Cruel Artist Bio

Katie Cruel (aka Wendy Rae Fowler) is an American singer-songwriter and half of the experimental English rock band We Fell to Earth.
She released a solo EP titled City City in 2013 under the pseudonym Katie Cruel, but has since decided to perform under her real name Wendy Rae Fowler.
