Kikiorix Artist Bio

London based Japanese producer, DJ and graphic designer, KIKIORIX’s DJ career started in 1999 based in Tokyo.

His first click house tune ‘FACIAL’ was featured on ’02.SCISSORS’ compilation released on the Tokyo based PLAY label in 2001.

He moved into UK after a year and was immediately influenced by the European music scene, especially techno and electro music there which naturally began emerging in his productions.

In 2005 he signed with adrift records (ex KINGSIZE Records) and released first 12inch LIQUID BODY EP. The track “3AM POP” appeared on the playlist of DJs such as Ivan Smagghe, John Digweed, X-press 2, Damian Lazarus, Ewan Pearson and Switch.

In 2006 he signed with germany new label LADIES & GENTLEMEN will be run by Phonique, who is known for his releases on Dessous, Mood Music, Poker Flat & many other labels.
