Marc George is a composer, pianist, and producer based in Denmark, that effortlessly blends classical, electronic, and ambient influences, infusing his compositions with a global flair that resonates with listeners worldwide.
Inspired by the beauty of nature, Marc George’s music creates the perfect backdrop for study, relaxation and meditation, evoking a timeless and cinematic quality that transports audiences to other realms.
As the co-founder of the internationally acclaimed Danish ensemble Bliss, Marc George has produced albums such as Afterlife, Quiet Letters (2003), They Made History (2006), No One Built This Moment (2009) and So Many Of Us (2013). His music has graced over 300 compilations worldwide like Milchbar – Seaside Season 6, Café Del Mar, Buddah Bar, and Music for Dreams. Collaborations include luminaries such as Boy George, Kenneth Bager, Blank & Jones, Ane Brun, Sophie Barker and Lisbeth Scott.
Along with Bliss, Marc George has made contributions to the film industry, lending his musical talents to productions such as the Walt Disney film “Wings of Life,” featuring Meryl Streep, and various television shows and films including “Sex and the City the Movie” and “It’s Complicated.”
