scv Artist Bio

SCV is a drum&bass producer from Poznan (Poland), born in 1988. He created a rock band with his friends in high school and played cover-songs of System of a Down, Metallica and Frontside. He initially performed as a bass-guitarist, then as a electric lead-guitarist. In 2006 he met Idvoid, who introduced him to drum&bass music and taught him the secrets of music production. In 2009, apart from his solo work, they made together the first songs. Later in 2009, Scv met Qlhead, which turned out to be a milestone for the young producer. Qlheads gave him a chance and allowed Scv to play his first live show, 24.07.2009 at Meskal club in Poznan. Since then, he got into the local music scene, meeting more producers and learning new stuff. In the first quarter of 2010, Scv tookpart in a local contest for begginer music producers (http://madeinpoznan.org/), and was one of the 5 finalists who had an amazing performance on the July 5th, 2010 in the Old Slaughterhouse, one of the most amazing places in Poznan. Together with Idvoid, Scv is member of Substream (drum&bass producers duet).
