Soundspace Artist Bio

Soundspace is product of the mind of Iván López. Dj from 1997 to 2005, Soundspace started working his own Sounds aroud 2000. It began just as an experiment and as a need for expresion. Since a child, Soundspace was always influenced by fiction movies, technology and futurism. Because of this, most of Soundspace music is electronic based, looking for the kind of sound of all that technologic world. In 2003 Soundspace joined Noiselab in Mexico City, and released his first EP, Back to you. This EP was tech-house based, and it got completly sold in just a few months. That became a really busy year, playing the tracks of this EP and some other from the smaller and private club, to massive parties all over Mexico. In 2004, a shadow came to Soundspace life, forcing him to keep quiet for a while, and looking for new sounds and music for inspiration. It’s just in 2005 when Soundspace starts working in his music again, after hearing to new proposals and musicians from all over the world. This time is harder to clasify Soundspace music, since it always moving between genres as an experiment. We might only say that Soundspace music is electronic music. Read more on Last.fm.
